This Privacy Policy explains how Live Networks ("we", "our", "Live Networks") collects, uses, and protects data related to our managed email campaign services, which are delivered through our proprietary email infrastructure.
Live Networks is a registered company in North Macedonia, operating publicly under the domain livenetworks.mk. Our internal technical services, including infrastructure used for campaign delivery, operate under the subdomain live.net.mk, which is fully owned and administrated by Live Networks. This subdomain is not accessible to the public and is not used for general communication.
Live Networks does not provide any self-service marketing tools. All campaigns are executed by Live Networks personnel on behalf of clients. We may process the following types of information:
Recipient name and surname
Recipient email addresses
Technical metadata (IP addresses, delivery/bounce reports, open and click metrics)
All mailing lists are provided by our clients, who are responsible for collecting valid and documented opt-in consent from their recipients. Live Networks does not scrape, purchase, or independently collect email addresses.
Data is processed strictly for executing email marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients, for the purposes of communication, information sharing, and marketing their products or services.
All email campaigns are delivered via secured, privately hosted mail servers operated solely by Live Networks. We implement advanced technical and organizational safeguards, including:
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication
Anti-spam and abuse detection systems
Encrypted communication protocols
Strict access controls to internal infrastructure
Data is stored only for the duration necessary to execute and monitor the campaign. After campaign completion, all recipient data is either deleted or archived in accordance with internal data lifecycle policies.
We do not share data with third parties, unless legally required to do so by competent authorities.
