These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the usage of Live Networks’ managed email campaign services, operated through our internal infrastructure.
Live Networks provides commercial services through its public domain livenetworks.mk, while all email campaigns are delivered via our internal mail infrastructure at postman.live.net.mk, which is exclusively controlled by Live Networks personnel.
Live Networks provides professionally managed email campaigns. This is not a self-service platform. Every campaign is planned, configured, and executed by Live Networks staff in coordination with the client.
Clients must provide verified opt-in email lists for all campaigns.
The use of scraped, purchased, or third-party acquired email lists is strictly prohibited.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the content of their campaigns complies with applicable laws and does not contain spam, abuse, or misleading content.
We maintain and operate a secured infrastructure to ensure safe, authenticated, and reliable delivery of campaigns.
We implement standard deliverability best practices and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
We are not liable for legal consequences related to client-provided content or email lists.
The service must only be used for legitimate, permission-based communication. It is strictly forbidden to use the service for:
Sending unsolicited messages
Using unverified or third-party data sources
Engaging in phishing, fraud, or any illegal activity
Live Networks maintains responsible relationships with major mailbox providers (e.g., Microsoft, Yahoo), and proactively protects the reputation of its infrastructure. This includes feedback loops, blacklist monitoring, and abuse mitigation.
Live Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any client who violates these Terms or poses a risk to the reputation or integrity of our infrastructure.
